European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Parkridge CE Retail is to invest in a commercial real-estate project in Poland that includes multi-functional entertainment centres and commercial centres. The overall investment amounts to €200 million. The first Focus Park, worth PLN 200 million, will be constructed in Białystok. This project is in the most advanced stage, while the other projects (in Bydgoszcz, Zielona Góra and Rybnik) are still in the planning phase.
