Description
The Anderlecht unit of the Swedish cardboard company SCA Packaging has announced its closure, causing the loss of 130 employees. Trade unions and management will discuss on Monday 7 February 2005 about the future of the 100 workers and 30 employees of the cardboard factory. Management indicated that the division was to close because of its impossibility to expand. SCA also owns plants in Buggenhout, Ghent, Courtrai and in Péronnes (Binche).
