European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Spanish Group Proconsol is composed by 54 companies in different activity sectors altogether and is based in Oyón (Álava, Vasque Country). On 8 February 2005, the Group decided to invest € 90 million to create a new wine cellar in La Rioja for the commercialisation of wine with denomination of Somontano. This involves the creation of 150 jobs. The group will try to export from 60 to 70 % of its wine production.
