Description
Crane Fruehauf the Norfolk-based trailer firm has gone into administration with the loss of 345 jobs.
Staff at the company, Dereham's biggest manufacturing employer, were told that there was insufficient money to pay next month's wages. The company has been hard hit by the downturn in the UK trailer market, reduced orders and a strong pound. Following significant trading losses the firm had announced 16 redundancies in December 2004 and 70 early 2005.
