European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Nuritech, sister company of the Samsung group, will invest €8 million in Slovakia. According to Jin Woo Kim, the managing director of Nuritech Slovakia, the decision of investing was based on good experiences of Samsung Electronics operating in Slovakia and, available qualified labour force. The city of Hurbanovo expects about 8 million SKK state allowance for regional development too.
