European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Outlet Company has announced plans to construct a shopping centre in Piaseczno by Warsaw; the facility, to be named Fashion House Warszawa, will specialise in the sale of clothes and footwear at producer's prices. July 2005, meanwhile, will see the launch of a shopping centre in Gdańsk, and further centres are planned for Poznań and for Wrocław. These centres will employ over 100 people.
