European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Seleco, a company specialised in the production of TV sets, owning to economic and financial difficulties, has been put under voluntary liquidation. At present, there are attempts to find a possible industrial partner to relaunch the activity and avoid bankruptcy.
