The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The company Lusomundo Media announced a restructuring plan affecting 111 workers, whose contracts will be terminated by mutual agreement. The amount of the compensation for the 111 workers corresponds to about 9 million euros, thus, each worker will receive, on average, 85,000 euros.
Lusomundo Media is the owner of radio TSF and periodicals ‘Diário de Notícias', ‘Jornal de Notícias', ‘24Horas' and ‘Tal & Qual'.
