European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Świt, producer of household chemistry and cosmetics, wants to cut operational costs and raise funds to improve products promotion. The cooperative employs people with disabilities. Job cuts will be effective in the middle of 2005, when the agreement with State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People (PFRON), concerning number of workers, will come to an end.
