European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Les Mutuelles de Provence (MdP), the network of mutual funds, has announced on 14 December 2004 a restructuring plan. 150 jobs are to be shed before end 2007. Following a €4 million losses in 2003, MdP has decided to reorganise its network through a €10 million investment plan. In 2002, Mdp had already closed 4 medical centres.
