Description
The Delphi Group is a multinational specialised in the manufacture of components for motor vehicles. The Group has launched a restructuring plan for its factories all over the world with up to 8,500 redundancies. The Delphi Group has several plants in Spain, one in Puerto Real (Cadiz, Andalusien, Spain) with 1,500 employees. Negotiations are taking place between management and labour representatives to agree on a job reduction plan which involves 250 redundancies.
