European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Pabia of Pabianice, a clothing manufacturer and distributor, has declared bankruptcy on 10 December 2004, following a very ambitious series of investments which left the company struggling with a large debt load. Of the 296 people now employed at Pabia, 100 are expected to lose their jobs.
