European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Primasoft will start cooperation talks with 150 employees. Direct dismissals concern 120 jobs. However, management aims at preventing the dismissals by internal arrangements. The exact number of job cuts will be clearly set by the end of the year.
