European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Biotech, company active in the field of biotechnological research, plans to cut 200 jobs (whereof 90 in Germany). The company plans to sell its Genomic Diagnosis and Genomic Technology arms in order to return to profitability by the end of 2005.
