Description
More than 150 employees of Collins Stewart Tullett have lost their jobs on 4 November 2004 as a result of the broking firm's takeover of rival Prebon. The redundancies are the first stage of the cuts expected to the 4,000-strong workforce as Collins Stewart Tullett merges its money broking arm with Prebon's. As many as 600 jobs could be lost following the transaction, which was outlined in late September 2004.
