European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Tati, the clothing supermarkets, had filed for bankruptcy. On 31 August 2004, it was taken over by Fabio Lucci, subsidiary to the Vetura group. The recovery plan includes the dismissal of 297 employees out of a total of 997.
