Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
B2S-Timing, call centre company working exclusively for SFR, has decided to relocate 210 of its 348 employees to Morocco, to handle the night and Sunday calls. The company is based in Montrouge (Hauts-de-Seine). SFR has denied any implication in the decision, pointing out that it has only outsourced 20% of its call centre activities.
