European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The French distribution Group Carrefour will open a new Carrefour Commercial Centre in Fuenlabrada (Madrid, Spain). This will involve the creation of 300 direct jobs. It will open to the public on 29 September 2004 and will have Travelling Agencies, State Agents and Financial Services.
