Description
Facing an important financial crisis, the company has announced a restructuring plan which involves the closure of some of its plants and offices, with a total reduction of 162 employees. By the end of September 2004, the opening of a bankruptcy procedure was becoming increasingly likely. The Finmatica Group operates in 12 countries and has some 900 employees worldwide, of which 570 in Italy.
