Description
Hägglunds will cut 160 jobs in Örnsköldsvik in Northern Sweden as a result of a work shortage. The company explained that no new orders have been received to compensate for the reduction of work caused by the end of a contract with the Swiss army.
Hägglunds decided to review its redundancy as result of an important order from the Dutch army worth 600 million SEK. Some 70 jobs will be cut instead of 160.
