Restructuring events
European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The German fashion retail company C&A currently plans to expand its business in Austria further. An additional 18 shops will be opened by the end of 2004. C&A will then run 115 stores across the country. According to the management's announcements of mid-August 2004, this expansion activity will create about 170 jobs.
