European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Dronningborg Industries in Randers produces agricultural machinery. In 1997 the company was sold to the American Group AGCO. Due to red figures on the bottom line, the production of machine parts will be outsourced to domestic or foreign subcontractors and in the future the plant in Randers will be used for assembly.
