European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Deutsche Post has announced the restructuring of its logistics activities. 4,000 posts will be suppressed, but some 2,000 internal mobility measures will be proposed, leaving 1,600 jobs to be cut. The German semi-public post wants to unite the whole of its logistics activities under its sole DHL subsidiary.
