Description

BISG (Brant Industrial Services Group), specialised in industrial maintenance and cleaning, has filed for bankruptcy. 900 people are to lose their job; 500 in north Belgium, 150 in northern France and 250 in the Netherlands. A potential take over bid is waited upon, but without much hope. TrustCapital's CEO, BISG's main stakeholder, declared that he hoped the employees would be hired by BISG's competitors, as they win the company's former contracts.
