The US-owned supermarket chain has secured a site in Walsall in central England to sell jewellery, clothing, DVDs and electrical goods. Asda declined to reveal how much it was investing in the new venture, but 100 staff are being hired for the 37,000 square feet venture at the Crown Wharf Retail Park.
