Description
Boecker, the insolvent fashion company, is to close seven of its 10 branches by the end of May 2004. By the end of April 2004, an initial 290 out of a total of 614 jobs are to be cut, and insolvency proceedings are due to begin on 1 May 2004. No decision is reported yet to have been reached regarding the future of the three remaining branches, at Bad Godesberg, Mulheim and Remscheid.
