Description

Bentley, the luxury UK carmaker, intends to increase its workforce by 100. This is in response to plans for 24-hour working at its Crewe factory to be introduced when it launches a four-door version of the Continental GT coupé in 2005. The company, owned by Germany's Volkswagen, will start recruiting more than 100 staff towards the end of 2004 for a third shift, and hopes to start production of the saloon early in 2005.
