Description

Flextronics has started cooperation talks with its personnel in order to make 157 employees redundant. Changes in demand and the plans to move part of the production to Poland are said to be the reasons for the cuts. On 31 July 2004, as an result of the cooperation procedure, 100 employees will be made redundant or laid off and 50 fixed term contracts will not be renewed.
