Description
Due to high financial losses caused by inflexible technology, the Dutch Sanker company closed its production unit in Lužianky, which was the only one in Slovakia. All 171 employees were dismissed. Since 1996 the unit has produced 300,000 ceramic sanitary products exported mostly to Benelux and East European countries.
