Logica is a leading global solutions company providing management and IT consultancy, systems integration, products, services and support. Merger between Logica and CMG. The name of the new company is : LogicaCMG.
In March 2003, LogicaCMG announced a new restructuring plan of 800 more jobs. In total, LogicaCMG's merger dismissed 2200 workers.
September 2003, 450 jobs more to be suppressed.
Headcount on June 30th 2003, 21056 employees.
