The group Saint-Liévin and its related enterprises (Caulliez-Delaoutre, Saint-Maclou and Paul Bonte) has been placed under legal liquidation in February 2003. Activities are still running. Nevertheless, 216 jobs have already been cut.

The company is still looking for a repreneur.
