European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Outokumpu has informed to close down the last Finnish gold mine by the end of November, due to the shortage of ore. About 100 employees will be dismissed. The company has earlier announced a possible resale motivated by the sensitiviness of the sector.
