European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Due to the hormon scandal in the sector and due to the overcapacity in slaughterhouses and pork production in the EU, Dumeco has to reduce its personnel. The site of Twello will be closed and Dumeco is trying to relocate the 100 employees elsewhere in the group. Other personnel reduction will take place at the headquarters office in Boxtel, through direct dismissals.
