European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Nordea has started cooperation negotiations in order to cut its workforce by 300 employees. According to the bank the reason for the cuts is diminishing need of traditional bank work due to increased use of internet services.
