European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The textile weaving enterprise, Balay, announced a restructuring plan affecting 35 employees out of a total of 77. Since December 2002 Balay is under compulsory administration. The restructuring plan will affect the plants of Maclas (Loire) and Bourgoin-Jallieu (Isère).
