European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
TPC, subsidiary of AVX Corporation, announced the closure of its Beaume plant (Côte-d'Or) affecting 180 workers. 110 direct dismissals are announced, 52 workers will be tranfered to the plant of Dijon (France) and 12 early retirement measures are announced.
