European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Aeris has been placed by the court of Toulouse under legal liquidation. An exceptional continuation of the activity for a period of one month has been authorised for the implementation of the dismissal procedures. 339 jobs will be dismissed: 309 permanent workers and 30 temporary workers.
