European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
This year DHL Solutions Benelux will start the
implementation of the ‘Overstag' project (‘Changing tack'). The project aim to improve efficiency, level of service and market opportunities of the logistics services provider.
The solution lies in the concentration of activities in larger and more efficient locations and on a personnel costs cut.
In the Netherlands the programme will affeect the plants of Venlo, Oosterhout, Tiel, Schiphol, Eindhoven and the head office in Rotterdam. The number of fixed jobs in the Netherlands will be reduced by approximately 110 and 25 in Belgium.
