European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Vitens is the youngest and biggest waterdistribution company in the Netherlands result of a merger between three big companies : Nuon Water, Waterbedrijf Gelderland and Waterleiding Maatschappij Overijssel. Vitens delivers water in Friesland, Gelderland, Overijssel, Noordoost Polder and some local communities in Drenthe. Vitens produces annually some 270 millions cubic m. for more than 1,5 million families, companies and institutions.
