European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
A new management team manage now the company. They restructure the whole company and sale 193 spanish stores. This measure is the result of the crisis in the retail market in Spain and France.
1000 jobs has been tranfers somewhere else in the company.
