European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Following the words of the director, if Kaiser do not enter into a restructuring phase now, it could enter under compulsory liquidation. This is due to the shortage in demand of the French market in which Kaiser 65% of its revenus. 45 workers will be laid-off.
