Description

Focast, one of Valfond's subsidiary, manufacturer of parts for truck engines, has filed for bankruptcy in November 2003. Pebeco, a local SME, has been chosen to takeover the activities. It will keep 79 out of the 184 employees, and promised to hire 40 of the former employees on another of its sites within 3 years.
