European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Hagemeyer is a value added business-to-business (B2B) distribution services group focusing on the markets for electrical materials, safety and other MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations) products.
Due to the reduction of its benefit and its quote on the stock exchange market, the management decided to fasten and to deepen the restructuration plan.
