European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Rouleau-Guichard announced a restructuring plan affecting 130 jobs over 350 on three units at Toulouse. In early 2002, the group has yet relocated two units in Tunisia and Roumania in order to stay competitive in the retail sector, its major clients (Carrefour and Auchan).
