Description
Siemens plans to relocate one third of its 30,000 strong workforce in the sector of software development in low wage countries like the new member states of the EU. Thereby, Siemens intends to reduce its costs and to increase its presence in Eastern Europe. Siemens management argues that its competitors are following the same path.
