European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Slightly more than 150 positions will be affected over a two-year period. This decision has been made after the merger of Hemköp with the bulk seller D&D Dagligvaror. Trough this reorganisation the company expects to cut costs by 70 m SEK.
