Restructuring events
European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
In 2001 the Danish Railways' carriage dept. was privatised and sold to Railion, which has Deutsches Bundesbahn as main stockholder. Due to major internal restructurings after the take over Railion dismissed 100 employees out of 650 in May 2003, one among them being the CEO.
