European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Airess Group, glasses manufacturer, has filed for bankruptcy in November 2003. As no satisfactory take over proposal has been made, the plant is to close, inducing the redundancy of its 195 workers.
