European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Grimaud was a family enterprise that employed 1800 workers.
To date, part of ht Ziegler group, the company has to cut 174 workers at the headquaters (Bressuire) and cut in the working force spread out in the 35 agencies all over the country. The Ziegler Group employes 4000 workers in France.
Legal liquidation of Grimaud Logistic has been announced, March the 6th. 1184 workers are dismissed. Over 200 workers should be relocated at other units of Ziegler Group.
