European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Staalbankiers wishes to focus on private banking activities and is therefore putting an end to its business banking activities. 250 on the 450 existing jobs will be axed, the 17 offices will be reduced to 6 regional offices. Backoffice and IT services will be externalized. A social plan is under discussion with the trade unions.
